Placing an order is easy in our webshop. You create an account with your email and shipment address. Please be accurate. We treat your personal data with utmost caution and never give them out to third parties. You select the product and quantity and pay for the order. We start processing your order as soon as we received your correct information and full payment.
We send your products within a week after we received your payment. The estimated time of delivery is 2 to 5 working days. We are extremely concerned about the quality of the seeds that come to you. Therefore, we provide additional protection in the envelope and check the products carefully before we send it to you. No matter how many seed or other products you order, all orders are delivered free of charge and in anonymous packages. It’s a simple dispatch in an envelope or postal parcel. Cancelling an order is possible only if the order hasn’t yet been posted. Please check if your order is received properly. If you are not satisfied and want your payment back you must return the unopened and package within 14 days to us.
Sales to minors is prohibited. The products are for collection and preservation use only. Exotic Seed accepts no liability for any illegal use. Check your own local laws before purchase. We deliver our seeds on the condition that purchasers and users will not conflict with the applicable local laws. Purchasers of our seed and other products are responsible for their own (future) actions. Purchasers are fully liable for orders which have been shipped and left our warehouse. Exotic Seed cannot be held responsible or liable for any product content or charges involved should your parcel be stopped by any international customs process. Exotic Seed releases all responsibility and obligation over to the customer for shipments which have left our warehouse. Exotic Seed accepts no product liability. Exotic Seed not be held accountable for any incorrect information provided by the customer. Incorrect customer information resulting in incorrect delivery, non-delivery, detainment or charges will remain the customer’s responsibility.
