Quick Wash Description

Quick Wash is our modern take on the Bubble Gum lineage. We crossed classic Bubble Gum with Monster Mash Auto to keep the sweet strawberry-gum aroma while cutting flowering time and adding resin. It is a feminized photoperiod hybrid, 50% Indica / 50% Sativa, that finishes in about 7 weeks of flowering with dense, heavily frosted buds. Growers pick it for candy terpenes, early harvests, and extraction work.

Genetics

Bubble Gum has been instantly recognizable for decades, on the strength of its sweet strawberry chewing gum aroma. The original genetics are still loved for that flavor, but they ask a lot of a grower's patience. Monster Mash Auto, crossed into the program, shortened the flowering cycle without giving up the aroma, the resin, or bud quality. Quick Wash is the outcome: a photoperiod plant that tastes like its parents and matures on a modern schedule.

Plant Development

Plants stay medium height with sturdy side branching, moderate internodal spacing, and a balanced canopy. Buds form compact and heavy on calyx relative to leaf, so trimming after harvest goes faster. As the flowers mature, glandular trichomes spread until the buds look frosted. Individual phenotypes can vary slightly in structure or resin intensity, but the overall growth pattern holds steady.

Flavor and Aroma

Sweet strawberry chewing gum leads, with creamy candy underneath and a touch of fresh berry on top. The profile stays true to Bubble Gum, with the cleaner edges you'd expect from modern breeding.

Growing Quick Wash

Indoors, expect about 7 weeks of flowering, among the shortest of any photoperiod we breed. The balanced structure takes to SCROG and Low Stress Training (LST) well, which evens out the canopy and pushes light to every site. Steady temperatures, good airflow, and controlled humidity through flowering protect the terpenes and trichomes.

Outdoors, harvest lands by late August in most climates, which gets the crop in before autumn rain and cold set in. The plants are vigorous and forgiving in a range of setups, as long as they get enough sun, balanced feed, and regular irrigation.

Resin and Extraction

Resin is Quick Wash's party trick. By late flowering the buds carry a dense coat of glandular trichomes, which is why hash makers gravitate to it. It performs well for solventless work: dry sift, ice water hash, and rosin all reward the resin load and the terpenes locked in with it.

Effects

With balanced 50/50 genetics and high THC potential, the effect tends to start cerebral and positive, suited to conversation and creative work, then eases into gentle body relaxation without tipping into sedation. As always, experiences vary with dose, method, and tolerance.
